Mario
Mario is a passionate Spanish chef with over 12 years of culinary experience in London. He has worked in some of the capitals most popular establishments such as the Sky garden, Galvin at Windows and Six by Nico amongst others.
Known for blending the rich traditions of Spanish cuisine with the vibrant, diverse flavors of the London food scene, he is thrilled to present his first pop-up. This menu is a heartfelt celebration of Spanish heritage and the dynamic influences that have shaped a career in one of the world's most exciting culinary capitals.
